Twin Peaks ๐Ÿ’• Last night's explosive sunset over "Ch'ich'iyรบy Elxwรญkn" (Twin Sisters) the Squamish name for these two glorious mountain peaks and more commonly referred to as "The Lions". Looking over a salmon coloured Burrard Inlet to the lights of Neptune Terminals on the north shore, the trees of Moodyville Park in North Vancouver, over Capilano Lake to our beautiful coastal mountains. On the other side of the Lions is the Sea to Sky Highway and the sleepy little community of Lions Bay on Howe Sound. The Lions are featured on the Canadian $10 bill celebrating Canada's 150th birthday (July 1, 2017). Captured yestereve from New Brighton Park in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada ~ May 21, 2019 . #ExploreBC #ExploreCanada ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ . . . . . . #TheLions #NorthVancouver #NorthVan #Vancouver #VancouverBC @Vancouver_Canada #Canada #VeryVancouver #CuriocityVan #DailyHiveVan #VancouverIsAwesome #IGersVancouver #VancityBuzz #EarthPix #RoamThePlanet #Photos604 #604Now #HelloBC #TheGlobeWanderer #GreatNorthCollective #NB_Nature_Brilliance #ImagesOfCanada #EnjoyCanada #CanonCanada #ShareCanGEO #TourCanada #GeorgiaStraight
